I was inspired last night and this is what I came up with:

It's a simple dishcloth with a twist.  The body is plain garter stitch but the edging creates a bobbly effect.  The pattern is free here.  I'm planning to expand the possibilities of this bumpy edge so I'll post updates & variations when I can get them done.  The pattern only states the finished size and gauge after I washed it so I'll need to update it there also--it was just one of those things I didn't think to do until it was too late.  Feel free to let me know how they turn out!
