It's a free companion issue that comes packaged with the regular SK issue. Be prepared to pay quite a bit for it in the States. I paid $10 for mine but I justified the purchase when I fell in love with the toys. This is what the issue looks like on the back cover:

I love Simply Knitting. I buy it every month, in fact! They had some awesomely cute barnyard animals a couple of months ago, I can barely stand the cuteness.
